Agata Wozniak
Agata is a passionate Yoga Instructor,Meditation Teacher, and Reiki Master, committed to share the transformative power of yoga with individuals from all walks of life. She has been always interested in holistic health, fitness, and wellness. Her voyage into the world of yoga began years ago while taking yoga studies in collage. She then come to understand that yoga extends far beyond the physical postures, and it is a journey that embraces the mind, body, and soul. She continued her yoga practice as a student. Throughout the years, Yoga allowed her to find her true self, recognize self-imposed limiting beliefs, and to fully transform from within.This transformative experience ignited a profound desire within her to help others discover the life-changing benefits of yoga.
Years later, Agata become a certifiedYoga Teacher for adults and children and Chair Yoga instructor. She completed her trainings in New York at Bhakti Center, Sacred Sounds of Yoga, and Sivananda Ashram Yoga Ranch. Shortly after, she become Reiki Master andMeditation Teacher.
Agata is a compassionate and nurturing instructor, who believes healing is possible with the correct knowledge and dedication. She looks forward into sharing the wisdom, mindfulness, and self-awareness with others. Her teaching style is gentle and introspective. Her classes are thoughtfully crafted to the needs and abilities of her students. She incorporates Vinyasa flows, guided meditations, aromatherapy, and Reiki. Each session is designed to enhance physical strength, flexibility, balance, and to embrace the interconnectedness of body, mind, and breath. Agata’s purpose is to create an atmosphere with an uplifted experience that nurtures growth, fosters inner peace, and cultivates a deep sense of connection with oneself and others.
Gentle Yoga Flow- Class Description
Gentle yoga flow is a calm and soothing practice, designed to release stress and increase the flexibility of body and mind. This class incorporates simple flowing sequences to warm up the body, as well as slower paced movements focusing on alignment, strength, balance, and flexibility. You will be guided to use your breath with selected gentle yoga postures supported by yoga props held for 2 to 3 minutes. Each class closes with a meditative deep relaxation. During this session, you will find complete surrender, total relaxation, and inner peace. You will leave feeling reconnected and refreshed.
AromatherapyYoga Flow- Class Description
Aromatherapy yoga is a slower-paced flow class and is designed to offer you a holistic approach to wellness, integrating mind, body, and spirit. During each class, you’ll be guided through a series of gentle yoga postures, breath work, and meditation. At the heart of each session is the power of aromatherapy. High-quality, pure essential oils are carefully selected for their calming, uplifting, and grounding properties. The soothing aroma of these oils will enhance your practice, allowing you to deepen your connection with your inner self and create a tranquil space for exploration. During this session, you will unwind, revitalize, and discover a deeper sense of peace and inner-harmony.
